18 May 10 Nationwide Offers No Cost Refinance Loans

In an effort to reward borrowers with high credit scores, Nationwide Mortgage Loans announced several new no cost mortgage refinance initiatives with their conventional, VA and FHA mortgage programs.  Nationwide Mortgage loans is an experieinced mortgage lender that offers a variety of home loans in all 50 states.  According to Nationwide, qualified borrowers can choose from no cost refinancing or no money out of pocket loans.  On some of the loan programs, the no cost mortgage option is priced .25 higher than the no point home loans.  In most cases the higher rate loans come in to play when the borrower is refinancing a mortgage less than $100,000.  Last week Freddie Mac confirmed that mortgage refinance rates had hit the lowest point of 2010, so no is a great time to refinance into a no cost mortgage with a fixed interest rate and no pre-payment penalties.  A spokesman for Nationwide said, “With home loans fixed for 5 years below 4%, one of our no cost refinancing options could save you hundreds of dollars a month.”  Read the original article online > No Cost Mortgage Refinancing
